Blocked pending production VA API key. Foundational service keeps disability ratings, DD-214 extracts, and award letters current so the assistant always has trusted context once that dependency is cleared.

Deep instrumentation across Smart Autofill, draft autosave, and submission modals to catch regressions before they hit production.
