Claims assistance boundary

ValorAI helps you prepare. It does not represent you before VA.

ValorAI is built to help veterans understand information, organize documents, prepare drafts, and keep control of claim-prep work. We keep that separate from paid claims representation and claims filing services.

What ValorAI does and does not do
  • ValorAI is software for education, organization, document review, draft preparation, and user-controlled workflows.
  • ValorAI is not a VA-accredited representative, Veterans Service Organization, attorney, or claims agent.
  • ValorAI does not file claims on your behalf or represent you before VA.
  • ValorAI does not charge a percentage, multiple, or success fee based on VA benefits, back pay, rating increases, or claim outcomes.
  • ValorAI does not use VA hotlines, auto-dialers, scraping, or hidden benefit monitoring to trigger invoices.
You stay in control
  • You decide what information to upload.
  • You review, edit, and approve any draft before using it.
  • You choose whether to file through VA.gov, mail, an accredited representative, or another lawful path.
  • You can disconnect supported VA data access from settings.

When to use accredited help

If you need someone to represent you before VA, file on your behalf, advise on a legal strategy, or handle an appeal in a representative role, use VA.gov or a VA-accredited VSO, attorney, or claims agent. ValorAI can complement that work by helping you keep documents, drafts, and questions organized.
