ValorAI uses a freemium model. Start on ValorAI Free at no cost, then move to ValorAI Plus when you need higher chat and analysis limits.
Is ValorAI a claims representative or claim shark?

No. ValorAI is software for education, organization, document review, draft preparation, and user-controlled workflows. We are not a VA-accredited representative, VSO, attorney, or claims agent, and we do not charge based on benefit increases, back pay, ratings, or claim outcomes.
Can ValorAI file my claim for me?

No. ValorAI can help you prepare drafts, organize evidence, and understand next steps, but you control what gets filed and where. If you need someone to represent you or file on your behalf, use VA.gov or a VA-accredited VSO, attorney, or claims agent.

Yes. ValorAI is designed to complement accredited help. You can use ValorAI to keep documents, drafts, timelines, and questions organized, then share that context with a VSO, accredited attorney, or claims agent when you want formal representation.

Yes. ValorAI uses encrypted transport and encrypted storage for sensitive data. VA connections use secure OAuth where supported, we do not sell your data, and you can disconnect supported VA access or delete account data from settings.
What happens to my DD-214 after I upload it?
What happens to my DD-214 after I upload it?
Your DD-214 is processed to extract service information and generate your personalized benefits-readiness report. Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. Anonymous reports expire if they are not claimed, and account-linked data can be deleted from privacy settings.
What VA data does ValorAI access?
What VA data does ValorAI access?
With your permission, ValorAI can sync supported VA records such as service history, disability ratings, benefits details, and claims or appeals status. Coverage depends on the current VA integration path, and you can revoke ValorAI's access at any time.

ValorAI helps you understand denial reasons and compare appeal lanes such as Supplemental Claim, Higher-Level Review, or Board Appeal. It can summarize your decision letter, track deadlines, and flag evidence gaps for you to review with accredited help when needed.

You can cancel from account settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period, then your account returns to the free tier.

You can delete account data from Dashboard -> Settings -> Privacy. Deletion permanently removes your ValorAI data according to the retention defaults in the privacy policy.
