Yes. ValorAI uses bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all stored data and TLS for transport. VA connections use secure OAuth, we do not sell your data, and you can disconnect your ValorAI VA access or delete your account data from settings.

Your DD-214 is processed using AI solely to extract service information and generate your personalized benefits eligibility report — it is never sold, shared for marketing, or used for any other purpose. All uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). For anonymous users, unclaimed reports expire after 24 hours and can no longer be claimed unless you sign up and claim them before that window closes. You can delete account-linked DD-214 data and reports at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Privacy. See our full Privacy Policy and Security page for more details.

ValorAI guides you through claim preparation step by step. Connect your VA account when available, upload supporting documents, and use the form workflow to prepare a cleaner draft. For final submission or representation, use VA.gov, mail, or an accredited representative.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your billing period, then your account returns to ValorAI Free.

You can delete all your data from Dashboard → Settings → Privacy. This permanently removes all your information, including VA connections, claims data, and chat history. Deletion is processed within 30 days for explicit deletions and follows retention defaults in our privacy policy.
