How much does ValorAI cost?
ValorAI uses a freemium model. Start on ValorAI Elite at no cost, then move to ValorAI Plus for $20/month when you need higher chat and analysis limits.
Is my data secure?
Yes. ValorAI uses bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all stored data and TLS for transport. VA connections use secure OAuth, we do not sell your data, and you can disconnect your ValorAI VA access or delete your account data from settings.
What happens to my DD-214 after I upload it?
Your DD-214 is processed using AI solely to extract service information and generate your personalized benefits eligibility report — it is never sold, shared for marketing, or used for any other purpose. All uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). For anonymous users, unclaimed reports expire after 24 hours and can no longer be claimed unless you sign up and claim them before that window closes. You can delete account-linked DD-214 data and reports at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Privacy. See our full Privacy Policy and Security page for more details.
What VA data does ValorAI access?
With your permission, ValorAI can sync supported VA records such as service history, disability ratings, benefits details, and claims or appeals status. Coverage depends on the current VA integration path, and you can revoke ValorAI's access at any time.
How do I file a VA disability claim?
ValorAI guides you through claim preparation step by step. Connect your VA account when available, upload supporting documents, and use the form workflow to prepare a cleaner submission. For supported routes, the platform can submit to the configured VA intake path; otherwise it will direct you to download and submit the completed PDF manually.
What if my claim is denied?
ValorAI helps you understand why your claim was denied and guides you through appeal options: Supplemental Claim, Higher-Level Review, or Board Appeal. Our AI analyzes your decision letter and recommends the best appeal strategy with deadline tracking.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your billing period, then your account returns to ValorAI Elite.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete all your data from Dashboard → Settings → Privacy. This permanently removes all your information, including VA connections, claims data, and chat history. Deletion is processed within 30 days for explicit deletions and follows retention defaults in our privacy policy.
