• Use from your own account on supported ValorAI clients.

When safeguards may apply

ValorAI may temporarily slow or pause managed AI when traffic indicates automated extraction, credential sharing, resale, attempts to bypass product limits, service disruption, or use unrelated to an individual’s claim-preparation workflow. Provider outages, safety controls, maintenance, and published document or storage limits also apply.

Safeguards should explain the next step and preserve your saved case work. BYOK remains available if you prefer to manage and pay for your own model provider usage directly.
